Art is a form of literature that entirely depends on creativity and vision.. The greater the vision the more artistic it would be. Art has no boundaries regarding imagination, it directly links with the philosophy of mind perceiving some thing in a unique way that differs it from other. 

Art is mostly connected with culture as they are the mixture themselves in a way that they both do not exist without each other or we can say that they are incomplete without each other. 

Culture on the other hand is a representation of any kind of tradition that ma portray some norms, values, colors, exposure contributing with the artistic related stuff. It's all about getting and thinking out of the box when it comes to creativity as representation regarding culture always seek advancements that enables art to generate spark. 

Art have some different sort of techniques and tactics that overall impact on the creator. If we depict some thing that might portray no sense but as the artistic mind sees it, it gets absolutely different from the vision, angle, creativity, and quality. Culture is vast form of upbringing traditions that steps in from the forefathers, centuries or decades. Every country, city, community, locals have their own customs and traditions that they follow on the name of culture. Its basically known as "rivaj".
